| Description: | The college division at W.W. Norton & Company is seeking a summer inter to assist with editorial projects in the Political Science department. The internship will offer insight into the editorial, marketing, and sales aspects of textbook publishing. Responsibilities will vary, but will include assisting with the preparation of manuscripts and electronic ancillary materials, researching market data, assisting with various stages of production, as well as other day-to-day administrative tasks. |
| Length of Internship: | 3 months, 20 hours per week |
| Requirements: | Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, able to complete projects under minimal supervision, and have an interest in the field of political science. Interns typically work three or four days per week for a total of 20 hours (specific schedule TBD). |
