Company Name: W. W. NORTON & COMPANY
Description: The Copyright and Permissions departments at W.W. Norton & Company, Inc. seek an intern for the beginning of February through May 2017 to help with researching rights queries, compiling rights and copyright information for titles both old and new, scanning documents, managing various organizational projects, and handling filing and other administrative tasks.
Length of Internship: 3 months, 20 hours per week
Requirements: Qualified candidates are students interested in the business side of publishing who are very organized and detail-oriented. The ability to multitask and prioritize projects is crucial, and candidates should also be comfortable with interacting with various departments to gather information as necessary. A passion for books is a must!

Schedule is flexible, but a commitment of three days a week for a three-month period is necessary.
Location: New York, NY
Payment: $11/hour
