In this position you will assist in all aspects of book publicity campaigns. You will be working closely with the Publicity staff on everyday projects, including:
• Filling reviewer requests
• Writing press materials
• Answering a variety of calls from media, authors, and booksellers
• Coordinating mailings
• Assisting with daily departmental duties (distributing mail, circulating press clips, distributing faxes etc.)
