SPRING 2010: Publishing Internship Opportunities
Henry Holt Books for Young Readers is currently offering FOR CREDIT internship opportunity for the Spring 2010 semester. Intern will assist with: Managing shelves / ordering books; Draft flap copy/catalog copy; Assist with letters and mailings; Reader's reports; Help with tipsheets. Interns will be provided with the opportunity to participate in work related assignments, gain practical work experience, and network with employees from various departments.
The publishing program is available for students who are currently enrolled in a college or university, who aspire to pursue a career in the publishing industry.
Internships are anticipated to start at the beginning of February and will continue through mid to late May. There may be some flexibility in regards to the duration of the internship, if needed. |
