The Designer will report to the Editorial Director and work with the Senior Designer and the editorial team on all aspects of book design, as well as the design of marketing materials as necessary. |
| Requirements: | Please apply to join us if you meet the following requirements:
- 4 year college degree in design/graphic arts or equivalent work experience - A minimum of 2-3 years prior children’s book design experience - A passion for typography and illustration - Broad knowledge of printing, prepress file/art management and production - Highly creative - Strong attention to detail - Strong organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to juggle multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) |
