| Requirements: | Other essential skills for this position:
• Degree level or equivalent professional qualification • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including macros) and Microsoft Access, experience of working on large datasets and Google Analytics • Knowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web/cloud, email creation platforms and/or other bespoke IT systems. • Knowledgeable of Google Analytics, ESPs, SEO, Digital Marketing tactics, and customer journey • Developing & maintaining templates to provide high impact data presentations for the global marketing team. • Championing the use of customer intelligence as a tool for targeted sales marketing activities. • Line management and staff development Publishing knowledge preferable but not required |
