Title: Literary Agent
Description: Bradford Literary Agency is seeking an experienced literary agent to join our close-knit team of passionate book lovers. As with all positions at Bradford, we promise mentorship and training to take your career to the next level. Our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position at a dynamic agency representing stories across age ranges and genres.

Our agents do more than sell books - we build careers. At Bradford Literary, we advocate for our authors and believe that the world will love their stories just as much as we do. Our editorial agency builds close partnerships with its clients and strives to make the world a better place with the stories we champion.
Requirements: Working with us could be the right fit if:
-You have 2-3 years of publishing experience, as well as previous sales and/or an existing network of contacts
-You’re a team player who’s excited by what our agency has to offer
-You can step out of your comfort zone to adapt to new technologies, pursue career opportunities, and accomplish things you never thought possible
-You value diversity and inclusion and believe in the power of stories to create change
-You’re a skilled multitasker with strong communication skills.
-You’re an independent thinker who thrives off of setting personal deadlines and goals
-You’re excited to embrace the sales, marketing, and administrative side of the job beyond the editorial.
