Title: PT Boutique Speakers’ Bureau Admin Assistant
Description: Position: Boutique Speakers’ Bureau Administrative Assistant
Duration: Part Time (5-10 hours/week)
Location: Remote / New York, NY

Pande Lecture Management, a boutique speakers’ bureau in Harlem, New York, seeks a part-time administrative assistant.

Candidate will be responsible for distinct administrative tasks alongside one full-time assistant and two part-time speakers’ agents. Duties will include:

- Logging inquiries from potential venues/updating status on our CRM, Nutshell
- Drafting contracts based on deal points; tracking contracts and payments
- Sending contracts and agreements for e-signature via our service, PandaDoc
- Creating and sending invoices via Quickbooks
- Completing vendor forms and paperwork for venues

This is a perfect position to learn about the speakers bureau businesses; though this is a temporary part-time position at the moment, the business is growing rapidly and there may be potential to grow along with it.

Hourly rate: $18/hour. Hiring immediately.
Requirements: Ideal candidate is a patient, organized, analytical, adaptable, and very detail-oriented self-starter capable of juggling multiple office management tasks on a daily basis, while working independently. You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable being part of a start-up business, meaning one that is constantly evolving and in the process of being built from the ground up.
