Part-time Office Assistant

Job Description:
Manhattan PR firm seeks a flexible, part-time office assistant to assist office manager and
account executives in the day to day operation of a fast-paced public relations firm. Responsibilities
include reception work, assistance of routine administrative duties, as well as maintaining media
operations i.e. press clips, media research, contact database. Qualified applicant should possess
good verbal and written communication skills, be well organized, and have strong computer skills with
knowledge of programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop. Bachelor degree
preferred.

Requirements:
Candidate must be available at least 15 - 20 hours per week during normal business hours.
