A Successful intern will have the following skills/experience: -Assist in achieving the revenue goals of the organization and should possess superior writing, research and interpersonal skills. -Provide support for the full range of fundraising activities, including prospect research, individual giving, direct mail, and special events. Cool projects you will work on: -Direct mail logistics for our largest campaign of the year -Prospect research on foundation funders and individual philanthropists -Helping us launch an outreach campaign for our organizational endowment -Donor relations interactions and follow up -Create blog posts about our fundraising campaigns and major donors -Development best practice training for volunteer fundraisers across the country What you will learn: -Individual giving fundraising (annual fund and major donors) -Foundation fundraising -Campaign project management -Volunteer management |
