Description: Neuwirth & Associates, a design and book production studio, seeks a highly motivated intern to start immediately. Duties include proofreading, checking and compiling corrections, trafficking materials, monitoring and updating files and records, and requesting printing estimates, as well as basic administrative responsibilities such as copying and filing. Interns have a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of the book publishing industry, as well as work with a wide range of subjects.
Length of Internship: Spring Semester
Requirements: Must possess college-level understanding and use of English language, be detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Hours and dates in the office are flexible. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Location: New York, NY
Payment: Local transportation cost.
